This Refund Policy is intended to summarize TheLoveLanguageTest’s refund and chargeback practices in a clear and customer-friendly manner. Your use of TheLoveLanguageTest’s website, products, services, subscriptions, and purchases remains governed by our Terms of Service. If this Refund Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control, except where applicable law grants you additional rights or requires a different result.

Subscription Refunds

Premium Report Fee — USD 1.95

The USD 1.95 fee paid to access your Love Language Test results is non-refundable because you receive immediate access to digital content after completing the purchase. For users located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, by requesting immediate access to the test results at checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your fourteen-day withdrawal right in relation to this fee. This waiver does not affect any withdrawal rights that may apply to the recurring subscription.

Monthly Subscription — USD 29.95

Unless canceled during the initial seven-day period, the monthly subscription begins seven days after payment of the USD 1.95 Premium Report Fee. Subscription payments already charged are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided under this Policy or the Terms of Service. When you cancel your subscription through your Account, no further subscription payments will be charged. You will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of the monthly billing period already paid. If you cancel during the initial seven-day period, the monthly subscription will not begin and you will not be charged the USD 29.95 monthly subscription fee. Access to the subscription services will end immediately upon cancellation. The USD 1.95 Premium Report Fee remains non-refundable.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen days. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Specific Refund Rights

California Residents

Where applicable law provides a cancellation or refund right, eligible California residents may cancel within the legally required period and receive a refund of qualifying subscription charges already paid. The USD 1.95 Premium Report Fee remains non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

EEA and UK Residents

Users located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may exercise any applicable fourteen-day withdrawal right relating to the recurring subscription. Unauthorized Charges

Please report suspected unauthorized transactions to: info@thelovelanguagetest.com Reports should be submitted within sixty days after the transaction appears on your statement, or within thirteen months for eligible EEA or UK users, unless applicable law provides a different period. Codespark LLC will cooperate with you and your bank or payment provider in reviewing and resolving suspected unauthorized transactions.

Our Rights

Codespark LLC may contest chargebacks where we reasonably believe that:

• the transaction was authorized;

• subscription access was provided;
